Amana implements CSR projects for you.

That MEANS EVERYTHING:

  • CREATING + MANAGING PROJECTS & PARTNERSHIPS

  • COMMUNICATIONS & EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

  • MOnitoring & REPORTING

 CSR Implementation has serious challenges.

1

Matching CSR activities with regulatory norms is a specialized activity, and the regulations only make it more complex. Not doing this well can mean being out of compliance, and hurting your reputation, which is a very high cost to bear.

2

Long-term, trusted NGO partnerships are the foundation of great CSR activity but these are hard to create and manage. Not doing this well can mean projects fail or fall through and donations lost to mismanagement.

4

The design of CSR projects really matters. Better design through evidence from real ground experience leads to more effective and better-targeted projects.

3

Project monitoring and integrated reporting are necessary to maintain high-quality in CSR projects, without which, there could be project breakdowns. Most projects don’t have this at all.

Three winning ideas for great implementation, that we use.

1

STRUCTURED PARTNERSHIPS

Too many CSR projects fail to reach their potential because projects are mismanaged.

Very often, this happens because of a de-facto breakdown in partnership.

Amana creates, strengthens, and manages structured, long-term partnerships between our clients and NGO partners.

Whilst we have our own existing structured, project-based NGO partnerships that we can share with clients,  we also work with our clients' existing NGO partnerships.

Either way we bring long-term focus and sustainability to NGO partnerships that helps them flourish.

2

CONSISTENT MONITORING & REPORTING

Amana’s advanced project monitoring and reporting function helps NGO partners monitor and report CSR fund utilization and project progress.

Our services are able to ensure a high degree of trust between donor companies and NGO partners.

Our professionals have several years of experience building strong relationships for gathering ground information from projects, and using sound reporting structures to detect problems before they happen, for quick course correction and to assist project-level innovation.

Since each project, each community, each NGO partner is different a large chunk of the work is involved in understanding the special dynamics of each situation. Amana people are experts at that.

3

PLANNING BEYOND OBSTACLES

We know things move slowly in India. Not everyone has honest incentives. Not everyone is motivated to work hard for development.

While our planning is always solid and very thorough, not everything can or does go according to plan. Development work is hard and slow. We understand that and so do our NGO partners.

What makes Amana different is our long-term commitment to partners and their causes and issues and the intelligence and tenacity to stay the course.

That doesn't mean we stay in ineffective dead-end projects endlessly committing resources, but it does mean that we press harder and don't give up when there are obstacles, as there definitely will be.
